Major advantages
Insulated roller shutters are very reliable, uncomplicated and so have lower maintenance costs.
Insulated rolling shutters are suitable for a variety of applications from small security shutters to the largest warehouse door, and are able to withstand extreme weather conditions and high usage.
Operation of this door is by an electric three-phase motor.

Curtain
The curtain is designed with twin interlocking laths with expanded polystyrene foam infill with a rubber weather seal to the bottom lath.
Finishes
Standard finish is galvanised, for weather protection, but can be powder coat colour finished from a standard range of colours.
Note due to the rolling action on the curtain some scuffling of the paintwork where the lath come into contact with each other is inevitable
Guides
Formed from the cold rolled galvanised steel with brush seals, acting on both the internal and external faces of the curtain allow for quite operation of the door.
Vision panels
200 mm X 45 mm double glazed acrylic windows can be installed along the length of the lath.

Direct drive motor and controls - 3 phase or single phase motors
